The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote
