  Excellent, clean and typically Swiss in terms of efficiency. Large and wonderful spa facilities, including hammams, saunas, jets and multiple bubbling beds and hot tubs. I have loved this place for many years whilst living in Switzerland and since the relatively recent refurbishment, it is even better.   We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situ - The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12

  We really enjoyed the staff and the pool. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was sufficient. - It an excellent hotel if you have a car as it is outside Geneva yet close to it. The view of the lake is marvelous when taking breakfast in the morning.

  The location was great with having the train across the street for access for day trips. You can also get a pass from the hotel for free train rides to Montreux and Lausanne. The rooms are perfectly designed, minimalist styling but everything you need. Great mountain/lake views every morning too. You ca - This is a very nice, very modern hotel in a great location. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. They gave us free tickets to ride the train to Montreux and half off cards for Chillon Castle! The windows/door are very sound proof so even though it's close to the road and train station, noise is not a problem at all when everything is closed. The terrasse is a lovely view to have a drink and/or snack.

  The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.
