The service from the minute you check in to the moment you leave is of a very high standard and extremely personalised. You are greeted as a friend rather than a customer. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.
