The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We also had dinner in the hotel and it works out to be the cheapest dinner in town as for CHF30 we had a four course meal with salad.

Fast WIFI and located right next to the Alpin Express gondola lift. Plenty of English channels on a big flat screen TV in a spacious room. Great ski lockers for each room set your own combination. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

From the moment we were met at the station by the complimentary taxi until we were waved farewell with a welcome bottle of local water for our journey home we were looked after superbly. Very courteous and helpful staff especially Michelle. Wood carvings through out hotel very impressive and show the care that was taken to build and maintain the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting zermat.

Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. Free wifi, close to station - The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have space in the bedroom and a balcony. It was an excellent location. The extra touches were really nice - ie a basket of apples by the elevator.
