  One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Especial details such as candies in the lobby, apples and even the fact that they changed the rugs in the elevator with the day of the week printed. The girls in the reception were extremely helpful especially the one who helped me find the nearest phone shop ... что говорят » and the one that suggested the outlet in Mendrisio - We arrived early, but were promptly given rooms. While they finalized they details, we were given coffee and biscuits. Service was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all very pleasant. We felt like we had the run of the house. I visited with friends for a girl's get away, but will definitely return with my husband and daughters!

  We regularly travel to Italy by car and so need a place to overnight in Switzerland. This is the best place we've stayed - you really can't fault it. It's close to the motorway,Gottard tunnel and so easy to find, but quiet. Plenty of parking, good size clean, comfortable rooms, good food at reasonable prices, very pleasant lounge and bar areas.
