The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   Very comfortable appartement, we really had all the necessary for our stay. There is a dishwasher, i appreciated that. Very clean and well situated, in the center of Rossiniere, next to a Boulangerie.we reserved a parking place too, 1minute away from the appartement. We love luxury hotel - We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world and are used to a certain standard. This was our first time in Geneva but this apt/hotel was above our expectations. Ultra modern and clean, very spacious and plenty of comfort. We felt at home right away. Complimentary fruits and drinks in the apt when we arrived from a long trip which was greatly appreciated. Staff was extraordinary, really went out of their way to help
