Room (studio apartment) was clean and includes everything you need - kitchen: fridge, oven (electric and microwave), plates and glasses; TV, bathroom (towels, but no hairdryer), free WiFi.   We used the Ibis Messe as our overnight spot before flying out of Zurcih the next morning. It was a perfect spot. The shuttle was easy to spot at the airport, the driver courteous. Can't say enough good things about the friendly, sociable staff. Hotel clean.  Breakfast buffet superb.  Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.

  We were put in the Best Western part of the facility because the Flexihome was full. It turned out to be lucky for us since we were told the Flexihome Apts. are very small and not nearly as nice as the Best Western right in front of it. The restaurant was also very nice but a bit expensive.

  The Fujiya an Edo Garden are great restaurants. I'm always looking forward to my next stay. The hotel is small, quiet and clean. It's my favorite in the area. - very friendly hotel-staff and very accomodating to my needs especially the airport-hotel car service. the room is very nicely designed except for the bathtub.
