  I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Being an early riser it was a pleasure to be able to have real coffee first thing in the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.

  Интернет был, но ловил лучше ближе к двери в номер. В гостинице чистенько, но уборка в номере (и вынос мусора) не каждый день, у нас была 1 раз за 3 дня. Близко к вокзалу, центру города, трамвайной остановке. Рядом продуктовый магазин СООР и дешевая шаурма. Ключи от номера при заезде нужно достать из ящика при входе и класть туда же при отъезде. Номер полностью соответствовал фотографии, окна выходили - Хорошее расположение, отель находится практически в центре города, в пешей доступности от вокзала. До остановки трамвая 3 минуты ходьбы. Номер оборудован замечательно, удобная кровать, есть фен, утюг, гладильная доска в номере, холодильник, спутниковое ТВ. Очень чисто. У меня был номер на верхнем этаже, и часть потолка была застеклена, так что можно отдыхать и смотреть на небо. Я заказывала одноместный номер, мне предоставили двухместный с одноместным размещением.

  We heard about this hotel from friends. They talked nicely of it so we went there, but not well enough as they DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations. Excellent position as it is near to everything. The personnel is very kind and accomodating. We were given such a warm welcome. She was really very ill and they "cuddled" her. Th - Great room - very cosy and warm with attractive furniture and the feel of staying in a friend's house, rather than an anonymous hotel room; a lovely place in which to relax. I slept so well in the large, comfy bed, and loved the cosy window seat overlooking the street below. Cute little shower room with Molton Brown goodies! Very friendly and helpful staff, and an absolutely fantastic location right next to the main Zurich train station. Will definitely book again and will recommend to others.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice very good. Easy walking distance to main station and the Zurich Lake. Ferries also very accessible. Very enjoyable stay.
