Convinient location (15 min to Zurich HB, 10 min to the old city) , friendly staff.Good breakfast with a large variety of cheeses, bacon, flakes with milk and yogurt, croissant. There was no queue in the bathroom. We even did not meet anybody on the floor.   The location of the hotel is excellent! The rooms may be small, but they have everything you need. Even though you share a bathroom, everything is kept very clean. The fresh bread at breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the very good cup of coffee each morning. The staff were excellent and also very professional. But with earplugs, this is not a major issue. - Room very beautiful. I was surprised by the elegance and the cleanliness, not to mention the superb peculiarity of each room.   A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. The employee provided some folders of the city, and was very helpful. The room was perfect, with a nice view to the polybahn. THANK YOU hotel staff. - The closeness to the railwaystation and the old town is nr 1. Rooms ok but decoration a bit worn. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast (at extra cost) quite adequate. Nice and comfy Weinstube on the ground floor (closed on Sundays) with typical food.

  Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Staff were also very friendly & helpful! Is right near the 8/3 trams, the 3 takes you straight to the main train station -... что говорят » and in the city center with the 8 in about 10 mins. Well known bakery right next door & another restaurant down the street. Kitchens on every flo - Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art gallery
