Everything! It is a fab little hotel, I would highly reccommend it. Especially the junior suite. It is perfect for romantic breaks! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonably sized. We could keep and open 2 big bags while having enough space to walk. The kitchen was very small but it was fine as we cooked for our kids only. The Astor is a short tram ride (uphill) from the train station - take #7 towards the zoo and get off at the first stop once the tram turns uphill after crossing the river. The unit we had has a small kitchen that was very handy. The beds are comfortable and the rooms on the back side of the hotel are very quiet. There is a free laundry machine! We absolutely loved our stay here.

The staff very kindly ungraded us to a unit at EMA House, Nordstrasse 1 (hence the ratings do not apply to that at Unterstrass though it is next door). Besides, they were always most helpful and attentive to any queries and requests.
Both hotels are 2 tram stops away from the main train station.

I got an upgrade to larger apartment for free. The rooms were very well furnished, equipped with modern technique WiFi is everywhere, kitchen has lots of plates, jars, microwave and dishwasher. Keep it up!

The Apartment was very nicely maintained, very comfortable 03 Tram station (Tram 11 & 14) from the Main Zurich station. Very Nice connectivity and Good Homely environment. -
The roo was spotless, check-in and chec-out fast. The frondesk staff kindly arranged a early check in for us. Everything was just perfect

good location - The apartment was clean and comfortable, although very basic. It had everything we needed - nothing more, nothing less. It was spacious with plenty of room for a family of five. I like having a "place of my own," where I felt like I was coming home in the evening and not to a hotel. Having a little kitchen, immediately makes you more "local" as you shop for groceries. Nice to get up and make a coffee when you want, instead of waiting for the breakfast to open. -

The apartment was very clean and it has clothes washer and dryer. It has very nice and fully furnished kitchen. The internet was fast. The area is very quiet although a bit distant from the city center but there as tramway station 20 meters from the gate. It was excellent choice.
