Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. Great design hotel with such friendly and helpful staff (especially the bar that share shots with you when you arrive at closing time!). A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.
