  Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

  My husband, my brother in law and his wife and I went to Basel for the Christmas Markets in November 2013 for two nights. Our two bedroom apartment at Casa Esperanza was wonderful!   The location was extremely convenient -- close to the main train station (SBB Basel) and the University, walking distance from most of what I wanted to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating.
