  This hotel was the best hotel in my whole trip to Switzerland, the room,the staff, the view from my room and every thing was great... This is the second time I've stayed here. The rooms are clean and spacious. I especially liked the afternoon cake and tea that was included in the rate. The breakfast is far better than at most hotels I've stayed at. The hotel reception was extremely helpful and even helped us arrange our day trip.

  Excellent hotel. It was just remodeled and in perfect condition. The owners were outstanding and very helpful with sites to see in the area. - The friendly and helpful staff who made us very welcome, and the excellent service and accommodation we enjoyed there.

  This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed here last december and the same 3 rooms apartment we stayed has been renovated and we like it very much. The owner, mr raj and her daughter sangeeta has been really helpful throughout our stay.   It is a wonderful hotel at a wonderful place. The room is very tidy and clean and spacious. They offer the free bus pass within the town and 2 special coins each person per day that can be used on the automatic washing machine & drier or for two cups of hot drinks like some kinds of coffee and tea and even chocolate drink.   Services - the room is very cozy and comfortable, very nice, makes me feel like living in a family, not like other big, posh, impersonal hotels. the staff are very friendly and warm - Breakfast was great. Only a short walk to the city centre. Comfortable budget room. Would definitely stay there again

  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.
