Stockholm is expensive, this hotel is relatively affordable. Don't expect a very fancy hotel. It is situated in an appartment block and you need a key code to enter the hotel. Once inside, there is no staff to be found but an enveloppe with your name on it with the key. The room I had was for a single person and was ok. Decor and style of the hotel is warm and cosy and reminds me of the house of my grand parents.
Bed was very good, I didn't expect that.

A really marvelous little hotel! Only 9 rooms, which makes it very cosy and home-like. Friendly staff, beautiful room, good bed and great location! Our room was behind the reception and next to the breakfast room, but no noise whatsoever was heard. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Next time in Stockholm we'll choose Pärlan again.
Stockholm is not a price paradise also in terms of hotel prices so if we consider this hotel as a "budget" one so it is quite nice. i would say its more a bed and breakfast not a hotel really - located on one floor of an apartments building. room was nice, breakfast good. location very central close to all downtown benefits :).
It's amazing and most cozi hotel i've ever seen! There you have everithing you need for feeling yourself like home away from it! It's like fairytale and style from last century. Very friendly owner! Also, it very close to the center and most of tourist places. For sure, if i go to Stockholm one time, i'll stay in this hotel!.
Great hotel in Stockholm! It is very well located for a citytrip. The city centre is on walking distance and there is also a metro nearby. The hotel is comfortable, clean and the staff is very helpful. We would definitely go there again!.
Beautiful old building in a nice quiet area, but with great access to Djurgarden and the central shopping area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and the rooms are comfortable and have all you need.
Excellent service, very friendly personal. Convinient location - 5 minutes by walk till metro, about 15 minutes to the entrance to the museum island Djurgarden. Nice room, lovely decorated.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the ferry port in the historical part of the city.Very comfortable and quiet hotel with fantastically friendly stuff. Good breakfast.

It is a bit odd to see a staff member only when checking out. But it worked!
Bathroom is not very charming or luxurious, but everything works.
there was no one in the reception when we arrived - just the room key left in an envelope. a bit spooky feeling. no one whom ask for the internet or something else you might need ( there was a phone nr left to call the host if needed but i was feeling lazy).

The bathroom was small.
The room was tiny as well as the bathroom. My room (#24) was the first to the entrance door - due to the originally thin walls I was hearing every movement of the door and what was going on near the reception desk and in the hall. I only stayed 2 nights so it was bearable, otherwise I would consider another room in the far corridor.
