We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre.   I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt.   We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.

  Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. These single rooms without window are very good value for money if you just want to stay overnight as I did (to catch an early plane). - The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good, it was peaceful

  Staff was very hospitable and the room was very comfortable. The best thing is the loction of the hotel by the water. I felt very cozy and homely during my stay. Customer service was excellent. - Good location, good restaurant.
