  I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use.   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  Nice location, it is within walking distance to almost all the tourist spots. The hostel is really quite clean with good designs, which consider a lot the needs of different customers. The staffs are nice as well. Whenever I have questions, they answer very well. Showers and toilets are separated (female/male) and everything was clean and not to full, so you can find at any time a free shower and toilette.

  В номере на шестерых нас было четверо и это было самый раз. Три двухэтажные икеевские (а какие еще?) металлические кровати. В наш номер на втором этаже вела боковая винтовая лестница и кроме нас по ней никто не ходил. Приятно. Чисто во всем хостеле. Все жильцы переобуваются у дверей и ходят по дому в тапочках или босиком. Горничных нет, все убираю... что говорят » т за собой номера сами (в номерах – пылесосы, швабры) - Everything, a wonderful place and room (a big one separate from the others with its own entry). We enjoy! kind reception - 5 people could sleep in one room and the kitchen was fully equipped so that we could cook ourselves.
