  I loven the location: quiet street in the centre of Gothenburg. Room was nicely light and airy nicy decorated and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs. Some noise from the street early in the morning, but tolerable, considering the extremely central location. Friendly staff. Free wifi (the extra charge in some other hotels charge is utterly annoying. Not so in this hotel), and the internet actually worked.

Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English, we could put bus cards onto the hotel bill etc. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked good and other people did use them a lot.
