I liked the room with a terrace and space, and also the courtesy of the staff. Special thanks to the dark haired waitress in the hotel restaurant about 18:00 hours 11.05, I'm really impressed by her. 10 points :-). -

Hotel Room was above expectations, comfortable bed - nicely designed so
that it feels special. Rain shower was a bonus. The breakfast was large
and had late hours. You could eat outside on the lovely patio in a
variety of comfortable seating. The rooftop terrace was really beautiful
and we enjoyed an afternoon on the loungers in the sun.
Free ferry provided easy and frequent city access.

The convenient location, the breakfast, staff were very helpful, that we were able to book in early, and leave our luggage the day we left, as our train did not depart until late in the day.

excellent breakfast open til 10.30 on Sunday, much appreciated. Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English, we could put bus cards onto the hotel bill etc. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked good and other people did use them a lot. Small amenities like the coffee machine - after staying in several places without anything like this, which used to be fairly standard, it was a nice touch.

Very nice rooms, bright and modern, yet charming. Generous bathroom. Some noise from the street early in the morning, but tolerable, considering the extremely central location. Friendly staff. Free wifi (the extra charge in some other hotels charge is utterly annoying. Not so in this hotel), and the internet actually worked.
