  We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.

  We stayed here overnight as we had an early morning flight. The location was close to the airport, as it is quite a distance from town. There was more room inside than appeared on the outside. The staff were friendly & helpful. We loved that we had to take our shoes off! The use of a microwave gave us the option of bringing food out to heat up... что говорят » for dinner.   Very good shuttle service. Came to pick us up 5 minutes after we called. Shuttle driver, young guy, drove badly and should slow down in sharp turns.
