The location is excellent if if are planning to leave on the train; easy walking both to the heart of the city and the train station.

I wish there was a trash basket in the room (Room 315) itself. The trash basket was in the bathroom, and it was very small.
Location - very convenient for access to town station and airport bus. Food both breakfast and evening buffet meal were excellent. Having bath + bidet in bedroom.

The hotel was well situated - only about 5 minutes walk from the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, it is very close to the railway station.

Fairly new modern hotel which is about 10 minutes from the Cathedral and old town. Airport bus stops close to hotel and costs 5 euros return. Taxi to hotel is 21 euros. Hotel has free wi-Fi. Plenty eating places close to hotel.

Excellent hotel 4 mins from bus terminal (Plaza de Galicia) and 5 mins from station. Good clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast - for 3 days anyway. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was sick with a cough and problems navigating my life. The staff was friendly and thoughtful to my needs including a special pillow. They also helped me remember words I forgot in Spanish. Would gladly stay again.

Facility is a bit run down for the price. Chips in the sink, mold in the shower grout. Nothing horrible.

we book a Triple room and we been given a double room for the same price as a triple. I though it was my mistake, but when i checked my booking next day I explain to the hotel, the told me why I did not say it at arrival, so we did not get the price of a double room which was cheaper than the triple room. very unfair
I liked the location
The room was on the first floor was dark and noisy. Obviously below a restaurant where chairs were being moved at midnight and from 7 am. Advertised free wiifi but unable to access it when we asked staff they were dismissive would definitely not stay here again and doesn't deserve the rating you give!!!
The reception staff were most helpful in finding us a relatively quiet room on the top floor, and in all other dealings with them. The bed was comfortable.
The location is in a noisy street, and is really a twenty minute walk from the centre. The hotel furnishings are "minimal" - there is no bar, restaurant or cafeteria other than at breakfast, so nowhere comfortable to sit. Breakfast is poor - coffee is the worst in Europe!!, and the hot bacon, sausage and egg is cold and rubbery
