  I was extremely impressed with cleanliness of room, which were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Extremely close to beach. We were allowed to check in early (10am upon arrival). The cot was wooden and for bedding of high quality. Rooms where spacious. Pool was clean and quiet. The café/bar downstairs serves breakfast and snacks from 10am. The apartment block is in a great location, close to the seafront and near to bars, restaurants, shops and banks.

  This hotel is well located particularly for those who don't have a hire car. It's very central & also close to the bus station, with bus routes all around ibiza during peak season. Everything is just a short walk away & the town is charming with its shops, marina, promenade & numerous restaurants.   Beautiful surroundings. Very well maintained. Plenty of sun beds..no race to get them in the morning. Lots of space and pools. Very relaxing and safe. We were the English people there..everyone else German but it wasn't a problem at all. Even though none of the brochures/instructions were in English. Food was fantastic.   The only positive thing about this hotel was the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful even when faced with several upset guests. However halfway into our stay the went on strike since they were not paid their salaries for over two weeks! Both the verbal description and the photos of this hotel are extremely misleading, its anything but a... что говорят » "mansion". Our stay here was a disaster...this hotel ruined our vacation so we have very few positive comments :(
