Can Xumeu is around 10 minutes by car from Santa Eulalia with its many shops and restaurants and around 20 min from Ibiza Town.
The dining room has a large dining table. There is a seating area attached with French windows. The French windows open onto a covered terrace with a wonderful view. The kitchen is on the left of the dining room and has an open fireplace with seating area. It is fully equipped with a 5 burner cooker, oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and satellite TV. There are two bedrooms in the wing of the house. These are a twin and a double and they share a large bathroom with bath and shower. There is a double bedroom at the other side of the Finca with a pleasant ensuite bathroom with power shower. This bedroom has its own entrance from the covered terrace. There is a spacious double bedroom on the next floor with satellite TV and a large bathroom. French windows open on a small covered terrace. There is another bedroom at the back of the house with a lovely view of the valley and bathroo with shower, wash basin and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
