All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property and are only admitted from 21 May 2016 to 01 October 2016. A surcharge for late arrivals will be charged as follows: EUR 65 after 20:00 EUR 95 after 22:00. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that any kind of parties, meetings or loud noises which will disturb the rest or tranquillity of our guests is forbidden and may be sanctioned with a full or partial deposit retain. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. WiFi is available in all areas and you can contract two different types of packs: 3GB: Maximum data volume of 3GB to use during one week (minimum extendable) 1GB: Maximum data volume of 1GB to use during 24 consecutive hours (minimum extendable) This service is contracted for the whole stay and cannot be split. You must pay a deposit of 120€ at the time of collecting the router in our office. This deposit will be refunded after departure. Please note that pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 5 per day. A refundable pet deposit of EUR 400 is payable on arrival.
