The place is quite alright. clean & comfy. Good location, and not too difficult to find. An average backpacker's hostel. 1 small bathroom per floor could become an issue during peak holiday seasons. I went there at the end of October, so it wasn't an issue.

Great location on a quiet street, walking distance to the old town and also a street of tapas where the locals go.
Rooms are nice and clean, decent enough size, WiFi worked fine without issues.
The couple who run the hotel are extremely helpful, as well as being very enthusiastic about Salamanca and its history.

The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

Very helpful staff (all of them speak English, which is not always the case in Spain), clean rooms, just a few metres away from the main square (Plaza Mayor). Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.

I can't recommend this hostal highly enough, I couldn't believe how good it was for the price. Lovely staff. Owner provided us with a map on arrival and marked it up with all the things we shouldn't miss on a three day stay. Hotel was easy to find and near the station as well as near the town centre. Availability of two triple rooms together, dog allowed, great explanation of how to get to town, great Wifi, lovely breakfast options, well located. Great hotel option for one or a few nights. For dinner, check out the Meson de Juan, a hundred yards away, for their Mixed Plancha!

All was very good.the beds were great.We liked the shower units all was very clean.WE had a dog with us and were made very welcome In fact we retuned for two more nights later in the month,also in Jean de LUZ and on the moterway at Orleans.We would stay with you again

The hostel is really close to the city center, which is ideal for those, whose plan is sight-seeing. The room was perfect. There is a kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils and a dining-room which are free to use. We really liked staying here. The way of check-in and check-out is the best and easiest I've ever seen. -

James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!)

On the first day, my request was not satisfied, but after I said so in the letsbookhotel.com, the owner soon corresponded to it. In the other points, they keep cleanness of the room and are very kind.
