  This is a fantastic hotel - the location, room, staff and facilities are great. The swimming pool is huge! We also had dinner in the hotel - not something we generally like to do as hotel restaurants are not usually so good. Our room more than met our expectations. It was only a stroll to the promenade, but you could easily sit in the gardens or around the pool if you just wanted to relax.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. The hotel room is fully furnished with all facilities. It is clean, comfortable with the good view outside of the window. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

  The hotel was very relaxing. The staff were great. They were helpful and very nice with our children, 10 & 12 years old. It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We had adjoining rooms, one entrance with two further doors after that. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. Large showers, huge step into baths, lots of closets and separate toilets - Very Relaxing location, helpful staff and we had a small problem in our initial room but was quickly moved to a lovely room and they could not have been more helpful.

Weather too nice to use the indoor Spa area. Secure underground parking. The beach was beautiful with many good bars, restaurants, shops and a market in the resort. Buffet had a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner although some of the hot meals were a bit cold (you can always microwave it but that's not ideal).
