  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

  Location, building design, room design and layout, staff and service, pool, breakfast, restaurant, cleanliness atmosphere and value for money... All were excellent and we could easily have stayed for longer. We have two teenage children and they stayed in the same room with us but the size and layout of the rooms in the new part meant they easily ... что говорят » fitted. The new part is very modern yet very relaxing and peaceful but when you go to the restaurant in the old part the atmosphere becomes convivial - The place is charming and full of history, especially if you sleep in the old part. Good restaurant. It is a familly run hotel and you get to meet the members (which are very nice people!). Nice decor and pool (especially when traveling in summer).

I really liked the high quality of all the furnishings and especially the bed linens. And the staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive.
