I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her

really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty
private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to
a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a
seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very
beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some
other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In
general high value

What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk. been upgraded to the royal service part of the hotel.Excellent hotel. Can not fault it. (My forth stay here this year) - Very good room in a great location. Food was good at the breakfastbuffet. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly.

Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we
were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a
taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were
