Cal Capdevila is a traditional 19th century country house (built in 1866) situated on the town square of Pira, a small town of approx. 450 inhabitants in the heart of the area "Conca de Barberà" in Catalonia. The town is along the famous route "Ruta del Cister".
The house is divided into 3 duplex apartments. Each apartment is very well furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard or balcony with a barbeque. The house has more children pools, cots, washing machine, ironing board and round table games. The apartments are connected with each other via an indoor stairway.
During summer the communal swimming pool is open free of charge for the guests (within only 3 min. walk from the house). Within 7km it is possible to rent bicycles.
Cal Capdevila is situated within only 7 km from Montblanc, the most important place of the area Conca de Barberà. This area have many spots, which can still be discovered like fields, woods, vineyards, fields with olive trees, almonds and the mountains of the Sierra de Prades.
