from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

Hotel is perfectly located - within walking distance to all sights and shopping - plenty of restaurants, shops on the door step- hotel staff so friendly and could not do enough for us - Tour bus stops accross the road - Metro few feet away rooms really comfortable - stayed here before - definately return and can not recommend this hotel highly eno
