  This was a genuine 4 star hotel at a 2 star rate - Excellent! Whilst not in the centre of town, it is near huge park areas which are really nice - It was close to the metro, the train station and the main attractions. We were able to walk to the main attractions.

  Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro.   Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes).   This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.
