The staff spoke perfect english and they were super accomodating. they lent us an umbrella to go out, kept our luggage in storage because we showed up early and even got us a room earlier than we were supposed too. room service food was very good.   Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast.
