  - Very friendly well trained staff always willing to help - All the receptionists speaking multiple languages unlike the majority of people in Barcelona - The rooms were very clean. Everyday room cleaning - Hotel has the European sign for eco-friendly services. This was definitely a "plus" for me. - Very quite. All you can eat breakfast at the hotel at - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you have a car. There's a shopping mall which was great for us and you could walk to it. Everything: camp nou, placa espanya, Tibidabo, etc. was never no more than 10-15minutes away. It was a holiday and every else the price was jacked up but the IBIS wasn't so it was great value for the money. Had 2 rooms and they put us right across from each other which was great.

We travelled into the centre of Barcelona by tram and metro this involved a change from tram to metro but all in the journey was about 25 minutes.   Stayed for two nights on the way home from Torroella de Montgri. We wanted to be close to the airport but also have a couple of days sightseeing in Barcelona. The staff were really helpful and courteous.
