  Very friendly and responsive staff, great location just off the Ramblas, cash machine outside the door, balcony as promised - a very small one, but this is typical Barcelona style, it was good enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy some cava + jamon serrano in the wee hours... Also they let us into the room two hours early (at noon) when we arrived, and let us keep our suitcases (locked with chains) during a few hour - Location is great, just off the Ramblas between Liceu Opera House and the Boqueria Market with a metro stop (line 3) 1 minutes walk from the front door. Close to the Gothic Quarter, lots of eating places and shops. A great bakery a couple of doors down. Staff were friendly and helpful. Simple room (single bed with shower) but clean and quiet. Room facilities including a hair dryer and air con/heating unit which worked. Computer in common room with free wi-fi. Would stay here again.

Security box in the room included at no extra cost and the security that you set your own combinatioon. Just a very suprising well run Hostal and value for money. Computer with internet available. Free tea & coffee in a hostel was also appreciated for waking up and in the evening, after city walks.   Realy liked our stay at hostel flores! Especially the location is exelent! Superfriendly staff, very helpfull! The hostel is located on the ramblas just next to the famous market la boquerilla! You can stop by the market for a juice or fresh fruit! The hostel itselve is a very clean, neet hosel. Alsow pretty important during our stay( it was 38degrees) a good airco - We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is extremely clean and located at the best place in Barcelona. At the middle of Las Ramblas, Just 30 meters away from La Boqueria market, And 50 meters from Liceu metro station.
