  Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport. Incredibly beautiful person and highly recommend!! The room was large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just within a walking distance from the old town. Also a parking garage is available.

The hotel is actually a part of the huge shopping center complex, which also includes apartments which look into the mall itself. - Our stay at the hotel was wonderful.   The girl who received us was really helpful and nice. The location is really close to the center and the apartment it is cosy and in good conditions. Good place to stay a week. - The location and the friendly staff. There was a full-equipped kitchen with all things you needed. The shower was very good.
