  The hotel was located in an ideal position for exploring the old city, with plenty of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Toledo is a really small city so even Alcazar, which is across town, was more accessible than I'd anticipated from reading other reviews.   The room was warm large and comfortable---and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . - Desk Manager Pablo was as helpful helpful and friendly as could be. I cannot. rate him highly enough. He put the staff in the Parador at which we stayed to shame. Nice Hotel, well positioned but very difficult to find.

  Very friendly staff, beautifull hotel with a very nice area/facilities. Extremely confortable bed (and room). Music all over the hotel is an excellent idea, we liked it. We left very early, around 7:00 am, before the breakfast time, but the staff provided a special breakfast to us.
