  It's a small guesthouse inside a building with private apartments. Perfect location- close to the beach and to the central street La Rambla. Complimentary water, muesli, milk, 24- open kitchen with some biscuits, fruits, coffee machine. Inside the room frige, microwave, kettle. Staff was very helpful and friendly. - Francesca and the rest of the gang were so warm and friendly. It felt like we were staying with extended family. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with original features. Felt like we were getting the true experience of Catalan culture. The location was excellent, situated right in the center of Barcelona, in the Las Ramblas area and by the Marina and beach.

  Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone.   Location is great, near Urgell metro station. Staff is great too, very kind owner and his assistent, they helped us a lot with advice and ideas for evening activities in Barcelona, and talked a lot with us which was great for improving our spanish.   I felt very comfortable during my two days at Julian's. I just needed a bed and a shower so I booked the single room. Small but nice. Everything was new and clean. The metro station is right outside the door so you can get very quickly to the city center.
