Excellent location, really nice breakfast which you could have in the courtyard and modern and very clean rooms.Above all, what really impressed us was the positive attitude of the Manager and all his staff. We did not need a car at all as it is a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and you can see all the town has to offer by foot. The staff are amazingly friendly and cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a perfect one. They are going to open another one nearer the harbour and we are definitely going to try that one if the Can Cera is anything to go by.

  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. I read from previous reviews that the breakfast buffet was meager with no hot food... что говорят » ... The hotel is l - Loved the designer looks,staff friendly very helpful, even when they mistakenly put us in the wrong grade room they rectified the situation quickly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable and stress free,the terraces are great the balcony on our room was large,the free loan of bicycles added bonus.great location centre of Palma with lots of tapas and bars close by.

  Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  When we arrived at this lovely, bright, airy hotel, the lady on reception tookmcharge of our luggage and asked dor our passports ro photocopy etc. she suggested we might like a glass of complimentary cava or wine in the hotel's adjacent bar / small restaurant whist she conducted the formalities of the check in - nice touch to the welcome. We were ... что говорят » travelling with our daugther to celebrate her 25th birthday, and I think I mentioned this when asking for 2 rooms close or next to each other, forgett - I would call the decor "modern chic", it is new, clean, and tasteful. The rooms are large, the windows double glazed and shuttered as well, so it is eerily quiet at night and very dark in the morning if you leave the shutters on. We had the continental breakfast, very reasonable at 6 euros, upstairs on the terrace with full view over the bay. Some say the location is outside the old city, well it may be, but the walk is only 10 minutes and is a very pleasant walk as well.
