  Great place. Olde worlde charm right in the heart of historic Palma, very helpful staff, reasonable comfort and very cheap.   Located in the centre of Palmas historic old towns, amidst lots of bars, restaurants and cafés. Fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. (It's also a real nice place to have a drink in the evening or to eat your breakfast in the morning.) The Hostal has a 24 hour reception and is also just a view steps away from a bus stop. The room we stayed in had air conditioning which was well worth it. Views from the roof top balcony were amazing daytime & night time. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating & there was always someone at reception regardless of the time to let you in.

  Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  Considering I never actually saw another human being during my two day stay, the hotel is run extremely efficiently. I am not a breakfaster, so I did not miss the absence of food.
