Location was near a train station. Staff helped to arrange taxi from Barcelona airport to the apartment and also arrange for early check in. Apartment was in a nice location (near good pizza place, grocery stall and tapas). Apartment is old but bed are comfortable, sheets clean, toilet clean and staff friendly. ... что говорят » ought this hotel was excellent, the roof top bar was awesome, only ate at the hotel for breakfast and room service , but it was great, the staff had no problem making special request breakfast for me each day, when i go back to Barcelona this is where I will stay, and I would highly recommend it - Fabulous stay, hotel staff couldn't have been more courteous andhelpful. Rooftop bar has amazing views. Great breakfast includingchampagne and smoked salmon!

Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic");

Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived.
Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning.
