  Friendly, courteous staff. Nice room, felt like being at home. - We stayed there in March 2008. 2 quite big rooms. The images on site are much worser then the hotel is in reality. A lot of cafes are in the nearby. 20 minutes by walk from the centre, 3 minutes from FGC station (Pl. Molina, St. Gervasi).

  This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi. Hotel has a inside/outside lounge that was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and before heading out to dinner. Optional breakfast is acceptable. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy almost everything you need. Local fruits are cheap. Overall it's a great value for the money we payed.

We were looking for a place in the Gotica, but there were no vacancies because it was a busy weekend, so I reserved a room at the Condor, and I'm so happy I did.   As has been mentioned elsewhere this is much better than a two star hotel. Though a bit away from the centre, it is easy to get to by public transport - just 5-10 mins on bus nos 16 or 17.   rooftop terrace and pool were great to have as a home base! - I thought the location was perfect. The rooftop terrace was a bit small but really nice especially when you first arrive and want to relax. The staff were great they couldn't do enough for you.
