Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.

The apartment was large, simply furnished but clean with all the relevant equipment in place and working. The widescreen SMART TV and free wi fi was a definite plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The appartment is centrally located and very close to Place Cataluyna (Centre of Barcelona) and Las Ramblas. Its also very quiet, yet close to many eateries and beautiful sites. Would most definitely recommend it

Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. Location could not have been better, able to walk to many sight seeing locations and right on the edge of all the posh shops. Gracia is great with tapas

The flat was beautifully decorated , well equipped , quiet , clean and perfect for a family . The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends. The staff were very approachable, and while it's not near the centre of Barcelona by any stretch of the imagination, it's near a metro station, supermarkets, a bunch of restaurants and also Parc Güell, which was a really nice spot (one of my faves in Barcelona). -
Very kind staff, cheap hostel with enough comfort and plenty of equipment, close to Parc Güell and Sagrada Familia.

Apartment was in a great location, very handy for metro/tram/buses. Apartment 4-2 was ideal for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions.

Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town.
Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day
