  The hotel is an excellent value for money choice. It's not in the city center, but there were no problems getting there at all. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center (8 stops by metro). Just be aware to check the last metro from the center to the hotel (it's around 10:30pm). I think this 4 stars hotel is the best one that I have ever lived at the same level so far and it is a good budget-friendly hotel compared with the same level hotel. The hotel room is fully furnished with all facilities. It is clean, comfortable with the good view outside of the window. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

  We had an apartment for three. Apartment big, very pleasant registration, all new. Full-fledged kitchen. Big refrigerator. Two TVs. Convenient beds and fresh new linen. The conditioner worked well. Arrangement good to the subway on foot 5 minutes. Across the road a drugstore 24 hours that a big rarity in Spain. Very good location in a calm modern area, close to the metro station and to the supermarket.
