Room was very clean; fresh linens every day. I found it to be quiet. Location allowed me to walk to many of the tourist destinations. Desk was always staffed and staff were helpful. -
They deliver what they promise. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The hostel is very small but quite comfortable.

Pension Montorena is ideally located--15 to 20 minutes walk from major attractions. The facility is very clean and security is excellent. You have to be buzzed in and there is someone at reception around the clock. The staff is very attentive, polite and knowlegeable and was able to answer all of our questions and offered excellent suggestions.

Not my first tript to the Bienvenido and it will not be my last. It is very central, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

The place had loads of character, we loved the quirky shapes and designs of the place and our room was delightful, and there are some lovely public spaces. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the cathedral. It was amazing to get such good value accommodation in this spot. The staff were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are basic, but for people on a budget, the Vergara is a cut above.
