We loved the location of the hotel; the Born district is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions for dinner and a taxi for the airport. The view from the windows is great (even if you live on the 3rd floor). The stuff was great! Very helpful!
