  Kept clean every day. The cleaning lady also does the dishes. Close by a metro station and a supermarket. Free Wifi - good location close to metro station and constant wifi connection. The kitchenette was also handy.

  This is the second time I stayed at the Hotel Sterling and it was fantastic, I was given the chance to see the Room first as I had asked for a quiet room, and knowing Madrid the Spanish like to party out in the streets till all hours of the night! - I was given a very large room at the back of the Hotel which I asked for away from the lifts. So for you who like to shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2 minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   Very good staff service - Very central for shopping, theatres, sightseeing and eating. There was a Metro station less than 5 minutes walk away. There were lots of good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby but the rooms were quiet.
