Atmosphere in the city was great with lots to see and do - excellent bus service making travelling around easy. - Foremost, the setup and cleanliness of the room. It was simply a pleasure to come back to our room. The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom was spacious, had lots of towels (changed every day even if it wasn't not required). The view of the port we got (15th floor) was great. Very helpful staff. And the free minibar was a nice touch (refilled every day, even with bonuses sometimes)

  Nice and friendly staff that spoke very good English. I had a nice spacious room overlooking Parque Santa Catalina. You could use free wi-fi in the salon where you also could watch tv and hang out with other travelers staying at the hostal. - Location was very good.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception, who (among them) speak very good English and some German as well as Spanish. The Pujol has been completely renovated not too long ago and offers excellent services and value for money (including a PC with free internet access in the lobby). The apartment I was renting was on the 6th floor, has two beds, small kitchen (which I didn't use because of many good cheap restaurants in Las Palmas) and a balcony (also with a view of Las Canteras) where I could sunbathe.
