  I liked the way that the hotel staff treating the guests...they were very polite and helpful. I really appreciate...The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom was very good. It was a guiet room and I slept so good. It is also close to the shopping center... - The staff was the most helpful and nice people we met in Spain. They had a little issue with their Internet, but he got us access codes from the hotel across the street. He gave us all sorts of information and advise. The hotel is also wonderful! Excellent location, very nice "Granadine" decoration, and jacuzzi!!! (We got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, just because!!!)

  The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.

  Excellent hotel in a great central position allowing you to explore the old city, Cathederal, Alhambra palace etc. Also very close to excellent restaurants and shops. Altogether the best place to stay in Granada. - The bed was comfortable, the room was large for a single, the bathroom was luxurious!

Unlike other hotel breakfast buffets which tend toward tired meat, cheese and fruit platters with tang and machine made coffee, this restaurant served fresh squeezed oj, great cafe con leche and delicious croissants.
