I got a single room with private toilet and bathroom. The staff knew English a little, but they are very kind and helpful. They tried the best to answer my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was really better than what I expected from a hostel.
The most important advantageous is that it is very close to the center.

Hostel fontanela is great-location is few minutes from city center and
metro station and it is not so loud like in la Rambla.It is very clean
and staff is very pleasant and helpful.I Would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel was in a great location! Right near the Rablas and metro. Thehotel was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay thereagain. CAn't beat the price either. - Friendly, and very helpful staff who all spoke English. Although no tea making facilities, staff found us a kettle and cups. Good door security. Staff on duty 24 hours.
