  The staff at the reception on check in was wonderful!! The staff at dinner were wonderful!! The food was excellent. The staff at breakfast ignored us!! - Comfortable and well presented place. Easy to find with GPS but it may have been more difficult to find from a map.

  Отличный отель! несмотря на то, что мы попали в период, когда в Испанию пришел снег и холода, в номере было очень тепло и уютно! - We found the services provided by the Hotel from the prompt pickup at tthe airport by the minibus,to the friendly reception staff on our arrival at the Hotel.The staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful... что говорят » ,and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was delicous.Our room was ready on our arrival and was very clean and spacious.Also a transfer to the airport at 4.30am was helpful. - It was really a lovely stay for my father and I at the hotel. The staff were defferent and could not have been more helpful and it did help because they spoke English. It was near to the airport and the shuttle service worked like a dream. It was comfortable - Dad could sit on the patio having a large drink and I could sunbathe and have a swim. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Only 10 mins to the city. - Although outside of the centre the location is perfect for both business and leisure thanks to the near metro. Facilities are great and rooms are spaceful.

  This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel

  Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes). We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.
