  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

  This hotel is excellent! We were 2 girls travelling together and felt very safe in the area. The hotel room was spotless and so comfy. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing Grand Via. We loved seeing the action, but when we didn't want to hear or see it, the blackout blinds and sound proofed windows worked perfectly! I ca - If you want a downtown location in the heart of the city this this is an excellent place to be. The hotel is small but very clean and tidy. They provide a free welcome drink in the roof top terrace. There are electric shutters on each windows to stop light and also reduce street noise. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff were fine. Overall, nothing exceptional but it served its purpose well enough.
